By accessing or using NutriSetu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each person may maintain only one account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items. Perishable goods cannot be returned once opened.

• Sellers must hold valid FSSAI licenses and GST registration.
• All product listings must be accurate, including ingredients, nutrition facts, allergens, and pricing.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the committed timeline.
• Misleading product information may result in account suspension.
• NutriSetu reserves the right to remove products that violate quality or safety standards.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. NutriSetu does not store credit card or banking information. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of NutriSetu or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Posting false reviews or manipulating ratings
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
• Attempting to compromise Platform security

NutriSetu acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with superfood stores. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party sellers. Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be reported to our support team for mediation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
