Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your delivery address, and complete the payment via Razorpay.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel an order before it is confirmed by the seller. Once confirmed, modifications are not possible.
How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders from the navigation menu. Click on any order to see its current status and tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and order weight. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-4 days.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay with bank-grade security. We never store your card details.
When am I charged for an order?
Payment is collected immediately when you place the order. If the order is cancelled, a full refund is initiated.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect products. Perishable items cannot be returned once opened.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and verified.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team at info.nutrisetu@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up, enter your name, email, and password. All new registrations are created as Buyer accounts.
How do I become a seller?
Register as a seller through our Sell on NutriSetu page. Our team will verify your store and activate your seller dashboard.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive instructions to reset your password.
Product Quality
Are all products genuine?
Yes. Every store on NutriSetu is verified for FSSAI compliance and product authenticity before being listed.
How do I check allergen information?
Every product page displays allergen warnings, ingredients list, and nutrition facts for complete transparency.
Can I filter products by dietary needs?
Yes! Use our health filters to find Vegan, Keto, Gluten-Free, High Protein, Diabetic Friendly, and other specific products.
